You are now able to use your Merchants Bank debit card with Apple Pay, the easy, secure, and private way to pay.
In order to utilize Apple Pay, please load your Merchants Bank Debit card into iTunes.
How can I add my card to Apple Pay?
To add an eligible card(s) on iPhone 6, Apple Watch, iPad Air 2 or iPad mini 3, go into “Settings,” open “Wallet & Apple Pay” and select “Add Credit or Debit Card.” On iPhone, you can also open the Wallet app to add a card.
How do I use Apple Pay in stores?
Use Apple Pay with iPhone® 6 to pay in stores without swiping your cards and in apps without entering payment and contact information. Just pay with a single touch of your finger using Touch ID™.
How does Apple Pay really work and why is it safer?
With Apple Pay, instead of using your actual debit card number when you add your card, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted and securely stored. And when you make a purchase, the Device Account Number alongside a transaction-specific dynamic security code is used to process your payment. So your actual debit card number is never shared by Apple with merchants or transmitted with payment.
In addition, paying with Apple Pay is private as the cashier never sees your name, card number or security code.
