Personal Payments Service - Popmoney
Our Personal Payment Service - Popmoney, part of Online Bill Pay, is the fast way to send money to a friend, relative, babysitter, or anyone - anytime - anywhere. Using your Merchants Bank Online Banking along with the recipients email address or mobile number you send money directly from your bank account to their account, usually within one business day regardless of where they bank.

It's easy to get started:
If you are already enrolled in Online Bill Pay, after logging in, click on "Popmoney” and follow the prompts to enter the recipients email address or mobile phone number, amount, and other options you may choose.
If you're not enrolled in Online Bill Pay, Login to Online Banking, select your checking account, and click the Bill Payments tab to enroll.
eStatements
Receive your monthly statements electronically and partner with Merchants Bank in our green campaign by enrolling within your online banking account. “Go Green” with Merchants Bank and help the environment by reducing the use of paper and have direct access to your monthly account statement. Everyone wins with eStatements.
To enroll, login to your online banking account and click Options. Scroll down to the eStatement Enrollment banner and click Edit to begin the process.
Text Alerts
Receive information to your mobile phone via text alerts. Know your balance, when a specific check clears, when a deposit is made and more. Visit any branch for details or email customer service at customerservice@merchantsbangor.com to get started today.
MasterMoney Card
Our go-everywhere, do-everything card can be used in two ways. You can still use it like an ATM card or you can use it in place of writing a check to make purchases in stores wherever Mastercard is accepted.

Merchants Bank participates in the MasterCard SecureCode program, a security feature that protects against unauthorized use of your card when you shop online. Just like using your PIN at the ATM, all you do is enter your SecureCode during checkout at participating online merchants. Click on the MasterCard SecureCode icon to register.
