(Bangor, PA) Merchants Bank recently contributed $2,670 to three area schools as part of the Bank's ongoing commitment to support our communities. Checks were recently presented to Immaculate Conception School in Pen Argyl, Holy Family School in Nazareth, and Faith Christian School in Roseto. The Board of Directors of Merchants Bank annually approves donations to assist to our schools with much needed funding. As a community bank, Merchants has always been dedicated to helping our local schools provide the education and foundation needed for children to develop into our future leaders.

(Bangor, PA) Merchants Bank recently presented a check in the amount of $8,400 to the Family YMCA of Easton, Phillipsburg & Vicinity to support their pre-Kindergarten program. The pre-Kindergarten program provides a learning experience that prepares children for Kindergarten, and serves as a foundation for ther years of schooling. The Bank takes pride in supporting the commitment of parents and teaches to develop our children to be the future leaders of our communities. The funds from Merchants will be used for families who would otherwise be unable to afford the tuition for their children to attend the program.
