Merchants Bank Makes Donation to
Holy Family School

(Bangor, PA) Merchants Bank recently presented a check in the amount of $1,000.00 to Holy Family School in Nazareth, Pennsylvania.   Sandra L. Bonisese, Manager of Merchants Bank’s Nazareth Office, and Cathy E. Yost, Vice President and Commercial Lender at Merchants,  presented the check to Colette Fisher, principal of Holy Family School, and Father Tobias.  This represents the second installment of a two-year pledge that Merchants made to Holy Family School in 2007.

“It is a pleasure to present this contribution to Holy Family School on behalf of Merchants Bank,” said Cathy E. Yost, Vice President and Commercial Lender at Merchants Bank.  “As a community bank, we take pride in supporting local businesses and organizations who are our neighbors.  Our donation to the education of the children attending such a fine school is an investment in the future of Nazareth,” added Yost.

“We are most grateful to Merchants Bank for their generous donation to EPSF that helps make Catholic Education a reality for a family in need in the Holy Family School community,” said Colette Fisher, principal of Holy Family School.  “It is a gift to a child that influences faith values for a lifetime,”  Fisher  added.
