(Bangor, PA) Merchants Bank recently presented a check in the amount of $8,400 to the Family YMCA of Easton, Phillipsburg & Vicinity to support their pre-Kindergarten program. The pre-Kindergarten program provides a learning experience that prepares children for Kindergarten, and serves as a foundation for their years of schooling. The Bank takes pride in supporting the commitment of parents and teaches to develop our children to be the future leaders of our communities. The funds from Merchants will be used for families who would otherwise be unable to afford the tuition for their children to attend the program.
